In the work are studied regularities of forming a structure of austenite heat-proof steels and alloys under the influence of operation factor and modes of thermal treatment. The main thing attention was spared grantend to release of second strengthening phases , possibility to affect a volume trick fraction, form, dispersity and location of particles of these phases with the help of such parameters as temperature of the heating, hoiding time, cooling rate. With the use of results of researches and principles of dislocation theory and theory of heat treatment scientific bases of selection and location of the strengthening are developed phase in structure of normals of gas-turbine engines.
