the object - patients with generalized parodontitis; the aims to increase of efficiency medical treatment of generalized parodontitis by the study of features violation of metabolism in organic one and mineral components of alveolar bone and development of purposeful pharmacological correction; the methods - clinical, roentgenologic, biochemical, statistical; the new іt is established, that development destructive changes in alveolar bone is caused by a level of infringement of a metabolism in its organic and mineral components. Theprevalence of katabolic phases in a collagen exchange and decrease of a level of synthetic osteoblasts activity lays in a basis of it; the outcomes - the rational pathogenetic circuit of treatment of patients with generalized parodontitis with application of a copper preparation, which is directed on correction of the metabolism infringements, revealed in alveolar bone, the prevention of development and the further progression of the pathological process in parodontal tissueis developed.
