the object - persons 17-22 years (man and woman) with absence signs inflammation of gums and patients with chronic generalizovaniy catarrhal gingivitis; the aims to increase of efficiency new solution of the task of increasiny of periodontal inflammatory diseases' early diagnostics by the way of the creation of algorithm based on study of processеs of differenciation, integration and electrochemical balance of gingival barier epithelium's cells and local immunity's status of oral cavity; the methods - clinical, roentgenologic, cytology, biophysical, immunological, statistical; the new it has been revealed that early stages of development of inflammation in gums characterized by breach of physiological processes of differenciation and ripening, disorders of integrational ultrastructural organization of epithelium’s cells in gums; the outcomes - the significance of gingival cytological stutus’ disorders for the formation of these tissues’ readiness for inflammation’s development aus been determined. The oppression of factors of oral cavity’s local immunity promotes microflora to occupate on the compromised areas of mucosa.
