The dependences of failures intensity of a sucker rods column elements on the different operational factors are revealed. The principles of rational design of the equipment for increase of a resource of a sucker rods column and struggle with paraffin build-up are developed. The ways of prediction and increase of a steel and fiberglass sucker rods life and their threaded connections are offered for application in this complex of the equipment.
