Essay

Using a based on the collected statistical data on failures of well equipment, an analysis of the reliability of standardized pumps, columns of sucker rods and tubing was conducted. The regression equations, which allow determining the probability of failure-free operation of well equipment, were obtained. Recently, much attention has been paid to the use of polymer-composite materials for the manufacture of sucker rods and tubing. Areas of application of sucker rods and tubing made of polymer-composite materials, technology of their manufacture, comparative characteristics with steel, advantages and disadvantages of application are considered. А mathematical model of connection of a steel head with a polymer composite body of a sucker rod was developed. The basis of research on the contact stresses of a cylindrical tube - a fiberglass rod - is the generalized theory of shells of Tymoshenko, which takes into account the shear rigidity and anisotropy of the physical and mechanical properties of the material. Experimental studies of sucker rods made of polymer-composite materials is given. Tests were conducted on static strength under the action of tensile loads; on endurance under the action of cyclic loads; to chemical and corrosion resistance under the influence of technological fluids with subsequent mechanical tests; to wear in various environments. The analytical and graphical method of determination of the optimal inter-repair period is proposed, which is based on minimization of specific expenses for restoration of the working state of the SRPU in case of its failure, which will allow to develop rational schedules of repair of equipment.The use of the theory of Markov chains is proposed to predict the work resource of sucker rod. Industrial testing of pumping rods from fiberglass was carried out by IFNTUNG at the enterprise "Dolyna-Neftegaz" fields on request of the Dnipropetrovsk branch of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences of National Progress. The technical specifications for the pumping rod made of fiberglass have been developed and approved.
