Investigation objects: synthesis and properties of benzo[b]pyrane and benz-1,3-oxazine derivatives. Purpose: development of methods of synthesis, determination of the factors influencing their reactivity and spatial structure. Methods: TLC, elemental analysis, 1H NMR, IR-spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry, X-ray analysis, methods of electronic spectroscopy. New transformations derivatives of benzo[b]pyrane and benz-1,3-oxazine annelated with partially hydrated azaheterocycles were found, and the influence of substituents' nature on the reactivity was determined. The process of equilibrium anomerization in the series of pyrazolobenzoxazine was studied. The relative stability of anomers and factors causing it were analyzed. It was shown that the electronic nature of the substituents influences essentially on the ability to the rearrangement; the mechanisms of transformations were proposed. New substituted pyrazoles and triazolopyrimidines have been synthesized. Degree of application: synthesis of new organic compounds.
