In the dissertation 136 patients century from 23 till 55 years with presence chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis with secondary immunodeficit are generalized the data of complex clinical-laboratory and tool inspection. Established pathogenetic the role metabolic and immunological of infringements in an aggravation of disease, is revealed interdependence. Pathogenetic is proved expediency of use of a combination erbisol and glutargin in complex therapy of the patients chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis with secondary immunodeficit, and also cholenorm in a complex of medical rehabilitation. The restoration immunological and biochemical parameters is marked more quickly improvement of a general condition of the patients which is shown in achievement proof and high-grade remission of disease in the patients during 1 year of supervision.
