Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and treat-ment efficacy of chronic alcoholic (CAP) and biliary (CBP) pancreatitis. Clinics of pancreatic insufficiency is predominated in CAP, pain syn-drome - in CBP. In CBP there's more expressed enzymes' "deviation" to blood, predominated low obturative type of pancreatic secretion, determined dilatation of the Wirsung's duct by sonography. In CAP there's more pre-sented hyposecretory secretion type and more significantly decreased en-zymes' production. Determination of lipase debit-part is most sensitive test for diagnosing of pancreatic excretory insufficiency. Patients with CAP and CBP had deviations in physicochemical properties of biological fluids. Including of galstena and pinaverium bromide in therapy of pancreatitis promotes decrease of pain and dyspepsia, less occurrence of low obturative secretion type, increase in enzymes' production, improvement of the phys-icochemical properties of biological fluids and sonographic picture of the pancreas, depression of enzymes' "deviation" to blood
