Essay

Subject: increase of strengthening of the working layer of restored parts by means of coating with gas-thermal methods. Investigation purpose increase of machine part du-rability with the use of hydrogen - oxygen flame. Research methods and equipment: it has been used the methods of defining mechanical properties, a structure, micro-distribution of coatings components and a transition zone as well as mathematical model-ing of temperature fields in the process of treatment, diffusion process with working out special programs. Theoretical and practical results: it has been worked out the material which is coated by means of hydrogen-oxygen flame on specially designed equipment. Together with the designed parameters of the technological process of parts restoration including parts made from nontechnologycal materials (cast iron), it has been achieved durability increase because of the restoration possibility and higher wear resistance of the coating. Introduction level: it has been worked out the material& technological process of its coating, new equipment which were introduced at 3 repairing and specialized enter-prises of Kharkiv region. Application field: machine buildings.
