Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problems of diagnostics of rolling stock wheel pair axles with the purpose of train movement reliability and safety increasing. The method of wheel pair axle diagnostics based on the flux-gate magnetic field flow detector use to detect defects on the step roll in the presence of determinate and random noise signals has been developed for the increasing of control truth. This method didn't use early on the cause of absence of perfect technical means. Magnetic field near the surface of wheel pair axle was analyzed by developed mathematical models, which permit to calculate both defects fields and leakage of axle step surface. Multistep filtration method about defects presence including the methods of digital filtration has been proposed, which provide the serviceability of diagnostics system under the high level of magnetic noises. Stationary diagnostics systems of wheel pair axles was carried out on Stakhanov car building plant on the basis of scientific results.
