Essay

The system cooling the power installation with group relay-type - unceasing drive of ventilators is created for increasing of economy of diesel locomotives. The principle of building and functional scheme of automatic regulative system temperature an heatcarriers for power installation is designed. The asyn-chronous motor-ventilators (AMV) and thyristor voltage converter (TVC) are used for regulation of con-sumption cooling air. TVC adjusts the frequency of rotation four AMV continuously for two sidebar of cooling. One AMV is disconnected when undercooling heatcarrier in one of the two side-bar of cooling. Strategy of optimization of system of cooling on working expenseses is designed. The experienced sys-tem of cooling the economical serial relay-type system on 40 %.
