Essay

In the dissertation the first time is has been shown that binary mixtures of compatibilizators to realize the specific fiber-formation for polypropylene/copolyamide mixtures is more effective than individual substances. The mechanism of compatibilization consists in decreasing of interphacial tension and increasing of liquid stream lifetime. The mathematical models for determining of drop deformation value in the entrance zone of forming die and calculating of the mixture melt effective viscosity under simple shear flowing have been elaborated. The thin-fiber polymer materials with new properties ( in particular - filter materials with high efficiency of purifying in combining with sorption and sterilization action) have been worked out. Filters were tested at the industrial enterprises and as a result of this they were inculcated into production.
