Melnik I. Developing of the technology of production of modified polypropylene fibers

The thesis is theoretical summarizing and new decision of scientific problem of realizingtin of the specific fiber-formation under processing of nanofilled mixture melts and mixtures with bactericidal additives. The features of flowing and structure-formation processes in PP/CPA mixture melts with nanofillers and bactericidal additives have been found. The proposed by us working hypothesis about stabilizing action of aerosils on liquid polypropylene in liquids copolyamide matrix has been confirmed. The technology of production of new filter materials and filters on their basis has been developed. Fiber materials on the basis of the ternary mixtures combine high efficiency and high productivity and bactericidal action. The polypropylene threds with high mechanical properties and hydrophilic have been obtained.
