In dissertation work introduced outcomes of researches on obtaining and analysis of properties of hybridomas which produce monoclonal antibodies (MAbs), capable to differentiate dissociants (bentonitic variants) vaccine strains of viruses of a poliomyelitis І, ІІ and ІІІ of a type. The panel MAbs is obtained, with the help to which one in reacting virus neutralisation (RVN) is demonstrated, that dissociants, which one differ on a bentonitic token, have miscellaneous a structure of epitops. The sequenation of pieces of genes is conducted, which one encode core proteins VP1, VP4 and virus protease 2A. One replacement of a nucleotide adenine on guanine arranged in a gene is detected which one encodes protein VP1 in a position 2900 pairs of nucleotides. The construction of aminoacidic sequence has shown, that the given replacement results in replacement of an amino acid asparagine on an aspartic acid in a position 142 core proteins VP1. It in turn influences changes of a common charge of protein and its isoelectric point, and also results in local changes of a conformation of protein, and to changes of some biological properties.
