3. Recommendations on the individualization of the treatment of patients with different types of mental condition when having acute pyoinflammatory process of the maxillofacial region were developed and proposed. For the first time, the peculiarities of the course of a septic wound and the changes of the internals of rats with both emotionally stable and emotionally unstable types of higher nervous activity were studied. The difference was found between the dynamics of the course of the pyoinflammatory process in animals’ soft tissues with stable and unstable emotional condition. It was determined that emotionally unstable rats have a slow blood elimination process, circulatory disturbance and a prolonged period of granulations formation and epithelization of wounds. It was also determined that compared to the emotionally stable rats the emotionally unstable rats have considerable disorders of the immune system and changes of the viscera. For the first time the relation between the character of the patient’s mental condition, the course of the pyoinflammatory process and changes of the studied indicants in the dynamics of wound treatment was found and determined. The results of the experiment can be used in specialized departments of maxillofacial surgery and dental clinics.
