3. The dissertation is devoted to the problem of reduction of quantity of complications of teeth restorations with the use of photocompositie materials. During experimental research it was determined what to reduce the quantity of complications of teeth restorations by sealing them with photocompositie materials is possible with the use of a method of simultaneous bilateral polymerization. It is based on the use of two light streams of photopolymerization reactor, the light paths of which, depending on a clinical situation, are located at the angle of 180o to each other, and the light streams are directed through the vestibular and oral walls of cared cavities, or at 90o, angle in this case the light stream of one of optical paths is directed through a thinner wall of a cavity, and the other - is directed at the material. Clinical comparison of the two methods of polymerization photocompositie materials conducted in 6, 12 and 18 months has shown that the better results by using the criteria of "regional adaptation" and "regional colouring", were received by carrying out of the method of simultaneous bilateral polymerization. In 12 and 18 months the difference between the parameters of restoration, carried out by different methods of polymerization of photocompositie materials, have statistically possible character, and the quantity of complications at these criteria, by carrying out the method of simultaneous bilateral polymerization, is 3,3-4,6 times less, than in the case of application of "directed" polymerization of photocompositie materials.
