Essay

Plane gratings of thin periodic imperfectly conducting resistive, magnetodielectric and impedance strips. To develop effective numerical algorithms based on analytical regularization of the singular integral equations and the duel series equations for the solution of the problems relating to the diffraction by imperfectly conducting gratings. The aim of the physical analysis is to study the resonance phenomena and losses influence on scattering characteristics of the gratings. Area of application is devices operating in millimeter and submillimeter wave regions and communication systems.
