The dissertation is devoted to creation of automatic control system by urban transport electro grid. The analysis of emergency situations and personnel actions in managing state of urban transport grid is produced, that allowed to pick out the control tasks Created control system is synthesis from four subsystems for decision these tasks. The mathematical prognosis model currents of loading and short circuit are developed. A created mathematical apparatus allowed to develop an information and programming supplying of automatic control system.
