Essay

Mass-exchanging processes in the rinsing complexes of galvanic with local utilization of metals by electrochemical method. Elaboration of generalization mathemetical model of rinsing complex, method of direct measuring of electrolite draging-out and monitoring system, wich base on generalization mathemetical model, and working out of local electrochemical devise for heavy metal ions utilization. Research methods: conductormetric,voltamperometric, coulombometric methods, trilonometric titration. The generalization mathemetical model of rinsing complex combinated with local regeneration devise has been developed for first time. Rinsing complex of arbitrary structure ay be calculated by this model. In the base on generalization mathemetical model the method of direct measuring of electrolite draging-out on the detial surface from plating bath to rinsing bath without technological process stop has been developed for first time. This method may be use for electrolites, wich have unvariable composition during the dilution. New local electrochemical method for heavy metal ions extraction in slit diafragm electrocoagulator with unsolule anode has been carried out. Influence of technologycal parameters to macrokinetic of nickel (II) ions extraction has been investigation. Real parameters of working plating lines has been obtained by the method of direct measuring of electrolite draging-out. Nickel-maintaining rinsing water from real plating line was treated by slit electrocoagulator. Sphere of use: wasteless plating manufacture, industrial ecology.
