Essay

The object - the influence of high level of lysine, methionine, threonine and fet in the diet of sukling piglets on the metabolism, antioxydant system activity in their organism and growth intensity. The purpose - the aim of the reserh - to establish the influence of different level and proportion of essential limiting of amino acids and different content of fat in diet of suckling piglets on the metabolism and antyoxidant system activity in their organism on the basis of obtained data improving the formulas of standart fixed food to the suckling piglet The methods - biochemical, zootechnical, statistic, spectrofotometer, pH meter, densitometer, photoelectrocolorymeter. Innovation - theoretical and practical results: тhesis deal with the investigation of influence of different level of limiting essential amino acids (lysine, methionine, threonine) and different fat content in the diet of suckling piglets on the protein and lipid metabolism, and on the antioxidant system activity in their organism. On the basis of obtained results the formulas of the starters mixed feed for the suckling piglets has been improved. The results - the increase of essential amino acids amoud in the mixed feed from 9.8, 6.3, 6.3 g/kg till 13.8, 9.2, 9.2 g/kg respectively is accompanied by growth of albumins, ?-globulins and glutathione concentation in the blood. The daily gains of animals were highen ed on the 12%. The of suckling piglets by mixed feed with highen ed levels of fat and essential amino acids leads to increase of total lipids, phospholipids and to decrease of free cholesterol content in the blood plasma. The formulas of mixed feed for the suckling piglets has been elaborated. The high productive action of that mixed feed on productivity of these farm animals was shown. The inculcation - The sphere - biochemistry, nutrition .
