Khrystianovskyy V. "Integration of Ukraine into Global Economic Environment Through Information Technologies"

Object of research: the national market of information technologies as means of conducting foreign trade activities. The purpose of dissertation work is development of conceptual bases of integration of Ukraine in world economic system by means of the market of information technologies. Methods of research: dialectic materialism, methods of the analysis and synthesis, ordering, classification, the comparative analysis, methods of the object-oriented analysis and modeling, methods of the statistical and mathematical analysis. Theoretical results will consist in a deepening of theoretical positions and development of the conceptual approach on integration of Ukraine into world economic space by means of use of competitive advantages of the market of information technologies. Practical results will be, that scientific - methodical positions of the dissertation are finished with a level of concrete recommendations and can be used for optimization of the market of information technologies with the purposeofactivization of processes of integration of Ukraine in world economic space. Scientific novelty: definition is given and new definition of the market of information technologies is proved; specific features of the market of information technologies in maintenance of integration processes are revealed; the basic tendencies of development of the market of information technologies in Ukraine are revealed; conceptual bases of modeling of the market of information technologies are developed; the model of the Ukrainian market of information technologies is developed; recommendations on activization of development of the Ukrainian market of information technologies on makro- and a microlevel are proved; the imitating model of decision-making in international trade in system of information technologies and electronic system of remote training « Global Trade » is developed. Degree of introduction: recommendations of the author are introduced in activity of Donetsk Stock Exange Company “Ukrtelecom”, Central Administrative Department of the Bank “Prominvestbank” in Donetsk Oblast, Yuzovskoye Department of the Bank “Ukrsotsbank” in Donetsk Oblast, Department of External Communications and Foreign Trade Activities of Donetsk Oblast Administration, Donetsk Chamber Commerce of Ukraine, the Center of Information Computer Technologies of Donetsk National University. Recommendations of the author were included also in programs “Donetsk oblast – 2010”, “Donetsk oblast – 2020”. Results of dissertation research are used in Donetsk National University by development of working programs, methodical and manuals. Sphere of use: interbranch.
