Kropyvka Y. Using of genetical potential of Holshtine breed for rising productivity of animals of western interbreed type of Ukrainian Black-Spotted Dairy breed.

This thesis deals with the results of investigations due to the efficiency of using the genetic potential of Holshtine breed for rising the productive quality of animals population of western interbreed type of Ukrainian Black-Spotted Dairy breed. It was studied the growth peculiarities and development of heifers the forming of bodybuilding, the level of manifestation of milk productivity and lactative activity of Ukrainian Black-Spotted Dairy breed cows with different portion of Holshtine breed heredity. It was found out the most desired genetype of animals taking into account the portion of heredity of Holshtine breed which should be bred to provide with good norm of genotype reaction and to get the high level of milk productivity. The level of milk productivity of cows is caused to a great extent by their growth intensity in early age. It was proved the exspedience of using at selection, as genetic marker of milk productivity of cows, high frequency of aleli TfD transferinic locus (0,621-0,726) andhigh content (7,8-8,5%) of crude protein in blood serum of cows. It was investigated the possibility of using in technology of selection process with Dairy cattle, as biological tests of enzyme activity of some glucolise links.
