The research Object - nazi occupational regime on Polish lands from September 1939 till June 1941. The aim of the research - on the of the complex analysis of sources to discover the process of establishment and peculiarities of functioning of "new order" regime on the occupied Polish lands since September 1939 till June 1941, to determine the specific features and first consequences of Nazi politics in the General-Government and on the included to the Reich Polish territories. The methods of resears system - stryctural, problem - chronologial, comparative - historical, retrospective; principles: of historism, overallness, manyfactorness. On the base of analysis of different sources an attempt of complex investigation of the structure and functions of the main Nazi authorities on the Polish lands was made. For the first time into the scientific usage in Ukraine a number of unknown foreign archive sources, were taken.
