Essay

The thesis is dedicated to problems of perfecting of multimotive drive of inclination of steelmaking converter with the purpose of reduction of loads in transient conditions. On the basis of experimental and analytical investigations of dynamic and frequent properties of branched electromechanical system of drive inclination 160 tons of converter were made known the increased dynamic loads and beats of moments of forces of electricity in transient conditions, causing accelerated wear of the units and accidental stops. It is set up that the tendency of the drive to the beats is connected with the closeness of low frequencies of its mechanical system, conditioned by unavoidable deviation of elastic-mass parameters mechanic-identical drive branches from their nominal meanings. It is shown that the most expedient way of reducing of dynamic loads and removal of beats of elastic moments is the leading into the drive elastic-damping couplings, the parameters of such a coupling for the drive 160 tons converter are based.
