Essay

Thesis is devoted to the research of organizational and legal regulation of migratory processes in Ukraine problems. Theoretical grounds of migratory processes are analyzed in this work; stages, notion, kinds of migratory processes are defined. Legislative base in force in the sphere of migration is researched; competence and powers of legislative bodies, self-government institutions in this sphere are defined. The model of organizational structure of cooperation between state bodies and NGOs’ improvement in realization of human right on migration is proposed.
