Essay

Obyekt is 100 patiens with BA and 20 healthy persons; the aim is to sustain the reasoh of prophylaktis and treatment measures on osteodeficient states in case of BA. Methods - clinical, instrumental, experimental, mathematic. The chanees jf bone tissue of axial sceleton is estexblisted in patiens with BA by 2 ph X - ray DM depends on a osteodeficiency stage, duration and severity of the disease, and that also peculiarities of the usage of GK therapy. Resultes: standard therapy of BA without account of the initial state of the bone tissue has no positive influence on the MDBT indexes, that results in aggravation of the osteodeficient states and does not substantially influence on the level of resorbtion markers of the bone tissue. The use of osteoprotective therapy (Calcimin and Calcitonin) in complex treatment results in the increase of bone mass in patients with osteopenic syndrome with simultaneous normalization of level of oxiproline, alkaline phosphatase, calcium and phosphorus.
