Andryschenko I. State control over the activity of the participants of the stock market of Ukraine.

The problems of defining the place of control over the domestic stock market participants' activity in the system of state management functions, the problem of determining organizational and legal mechanism of realizing control function; the problem of forming and developing the system of state control bodies in the given sphere in the conditions of constructing democratic and law-based state are studied in the thesis. The thesis analyses and gives conclusions, suggestions and recommendations as to solving organizational and legal problems of establishing the system of state control bodies in the sphere of stock market, problems of ensuring efficiency in their controlling activity. The thesis reveals a complex of theoretical and practical issues on the problems of improvement of the institution of legal liability for breaching the acting legislation, which regulates the sphere of control over the domestic stock market participants' activity.
