Semenikhin I. Financial support of the Armed Forces under transformation of the economy of Ukraine.

The thesis provides complex research of the concept basis of financial support in the Armed Forces under transformation of the market economy of Ukraine. It analyses evolution processes of establishment of the financial theory which is a basis for current financial support in the military. Explanation for the social and economic meaning and peculiarities of the financial support of the Ukrainian and foreign Armed Forces is given. The thesis determines the role of economic policy and the influence of economic possibilities of the state on the condition of financial support of forces. It considers methods and principles of financiаl support of armed forces and factors that influence the volume of defense expenditures. It also provides theoretical explanation of function for formation, distribution and efficient use of defense funding.
