Object - investment resources of regions through the prism of sources formation; a purpose - development of theoretical and methodical approaches for overcoming a problem of shortage and search of possibilities of accumulation of investment resources; methods - the systematic, comparative, correlation and regressive analysis, method of grouping; results - the essence of investments and investment resources is specified, the role of subjects of financial market in investing is highlighted, the mechanisms of mixed financing of the regional investment projects are offered; innovation - the negative influence "voluntarily" and unofficial payments on investment resources forming is estimated, the dependence of enterprises activity results on the sizes investing and of the volume of investments on time parameter are modeled; implemented into the practice of the National bank of Ukraine and subdivision of regional state administration; sphere - financial and banking systems.
