Essay

The thesis is dedicated to solution of a problem of a heightening of a between repairs resource reconditioned tractor and combines' engines by the way of regimes factors control of electrochemical-mechanical running in (grinding in) (ECMR(G)) cylinder-piston group, that ensure minimum running wears of parts and decreasing of intensity of normal deterioration of parts in maintenance. Theoretically is justified and experimentally influencing a condition of abrasion of conjugate surfaces on macrorunning in of piston rings to a mirror of a cylinder in process ECMR(G) is affirmed. The essence of electrochemical-mechanical running in (grinding in) of connections of cylinder-piston group is uncovered. The optimical values of technology factors of electrochemical-mechanical running in (grinding in) of piston rings to a cylinder are retrieved at repair of an engine, which one allow to correct macrogeometry of an aberration of parts with a minimum wear. The economic effect of an intrusion of an improved technique ECMR(G) and running in is reached at the expense of cost reduction running in of operations, expenditures of crankcase oil waste and heightenings of a motor-resource of repaired engines.
