Didur V. Provision of mobile agricultural technique functional stability through improvement of diesel fuel purificating methods.

Object of research - wear processes of fuel equipment precision joints in the diesel fuel medium, polluted with mechanical admixtures. The aim of research - increase of mobile agricultural technique usage efficiency at the expense of its functional stability provision through improvement of diesel fuel purificating methods. Methods of the research of wear processes of precision joints in the diesel fuel medium, polluted with mechanical admixtures and basing of technical demands concerning its purity is made by wear processes modeling and mechanical admixtures separation from diesel fuel, with usage of mechanics laws, friction theory and probability theory. Newness - processes of diesel fuel pollution influence on machine-tractor units functional characteristics are researched, way and method, that provides the purification of diesel fuel from mechanical admixtures and water, that increases the reliability of MTU is proposed. Results - system of methods for the improvement of agricultural technique service is worked out, experimental plant for purifying of diesel fuel from mechanical admixtures and water and also life predicting technique of plunger pairs of high pressure fuel pumps are created.
