Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of pathogenesis and treatment the patients vith chronic tonsillitis by studding functional ability, lipid and peroxide oxidation metabolism, Calcium accumulation and increasing the effectiveness of treatment this patients. In these work clinical, biochemical, patophysiology and electrophysiology methods was used. There is a description of pump theory if chronic tonsillitis patogenetic mechanism. Author suggests palatal tonsil muscle electrostimulation as an increasing pumpactivity that excretes toxic substansces from the crypts and sucks antigens in as immunologic factor. Complex therapy of chronic tonsillitis is introduced. This therapy comprises palatalmuscles electrostimulation and functional ability stimulators - trimetasidin, and tokoferoly, vitamin C and unitioly.
