Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increasing of efficiency diagnostics and surgical treatment patients with acoustical nerve neuroma. Results of supervision and treatment of 320 patients with progressing uni-lateral sensoneural deafness (from 14 till 69 years) are put in a basis of work. In work used advanced translabyrinth way of surgical treatment of acoustic neuroma for preventive maintenance of postoperative complications. In work was made the comparative estimation of clinical condition of patients after removing of acoustic neuroma by translabyrinth access - 29 (47,6 %) supervision, 17 (27,9 %) patients of them suggested by using advanced translaby-rinth approach and 32 (62,4 %) patients with application of retroigmoid approach. Retrosigmoid approach has been applied 18 (29,5 %) to patients with the size of a tumor up to 2,5 sm and 14 (23,0 %) with size of tumor above 2,5 sm. Supervision in dynamics has shown, that level of consciousness in early postoperative period was higher after application ofadvanced translabyrinth ap-proach than traditional translabyrinth approach. At comparison of results of treatment of patients with big acoustic neuroma restoration of static function and function of facial nerve were better at patients whom applyed translabyrinth ap-proach. Application of translabyrinth approach has allowed to keep facial nerve in 89,6 % of cases and to warn development cerebellum ataxia in 41,4 %, in com-parison with 64,3 % and 7,1 % accordingly at retrosigmoid approach.
