Essay

The dissertation is devoted to questions of clinic, diagnostics and treatment the traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane. In work was studied the influence of localization, size of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane, mechanism of a trauma on a condition of acoustical function. The model traumatic damage of internal ear was developed. In work the way of closing traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane is offered. In work was made the comparison of efficiency of treatment the chronic perforation of tympanic membrane by underlay and overlay techniques of myringoplasty.
