Vladimir A. Reason and Will as the Anthropological Bases of the Law.

The thesis is devoted to research of initial human abilities – reason and will, as anthropological bases of the law. On the basis of their analysis it is shown, how initial human abilities influence on l egal behaviour of the person that allows to allocate models of such behaviour, and also their influence on the contents of sources of the law which on an example of custom, laws and judiciary practice helps to find intrinsic anthropological attributes of sources of the law. Research of the basic models of behaviour of the person – autonomical, heteronomical and deviant – proves influence of reasonable – strong-willed activity of the person on formation of sources of the law, the attention of such influence on their substantial is accented. By consideration of the basic sources of the law the principles of effective realization of the law introduction of which will assist in increasing the quality of law rules and trust of the subject of the law to existing mechanisms of realization of the law .
