Essay

It is grounded the triplex mud pumps planning and exploitation efficiency increasing by the in- and out valves compatible work design without high-expense model realization. It is offered the valves work modeling process algorithm, besides it was proposed the method of valve coefficient determina-tion and the valve's details deflection mode, using the computer experiment. It is explored the mud pump and it's details structural and kinematics pa-rameters influence on their work. It is determined that the value valve expense coefficient affects sub-stantially to the valve components work characteris-tics, so it is necessary to take into account non-linearity of this coefficient for designing pumps.
