The analysis of occurrence and interaction of the errors appearing in manufacture of the honeycomb core and the sandwich panel as a whole, and also their influence on lift capability is carried out. The algorithm of honeycomb core technological imperfections profile finding is adduced. The optimization technique of tolerances on sandwich panel honeycomb core manufacturing with maintenance of the given design lift capability is offered.
