The research focuses on cognitive, cultural features in the structure and semantics of lexical means that verbalize sport games ingredients in "Sport Games Activity" nominative space. Soccer, cricket and bridge game situation is presented as such that consists of some typical components (RULES, PLAYERS, SPECTATORS, REFEREES). These components form the nominative space that reflects the features of reality and their lexical interpretation. Within "Sport Games Activity" nominative space in Modern English some extra-lingual facts are being reflected. Their specificity can be traced in the peculiar organization of lexical means that nominate these kinds of sport and interact as semantically correlated functional and semantic fields: AGENT, ACTION, INSTRUMENT, MISCELLANY. These fields are brought together by some linguistic and cultural context.
