Sisoeva I. Peculiarities and treatment of patients with postholecystectomic syndrome with deficit of body mass and obesity

The thesis is dedicated to study of peculiarities of carrying out, violation of carbo-hydrate, lipid exchange, functional state of Oddy sphincter, common gale flow, indexes of liver function and correction of their violation of patients with with postholecystectomic syndrome. For the first time the differentiated diet for patients with posthole-cystectomic syndrome with lowered and increased body mass based on data about peculiarities of nutrition, violation of carbo-hydrate, lipid ex-change has been elaborated. Different types of functional violations of Oddy sphincter and holedoh have been revealed, their correlation with functional state of liver has been studied, the criteria of diagnosing has been elaborated. The influence of mineral water "Berdyans'ka" on acid making function of stomach, functional state of Oddy sphincter and motoric of holedoh, biochemical structure of liver and holedoh gale, functional state of liver have been studied, the regime of its dosing with view to Oddy sphincter stateand motoric of holedoh. The effectiveness of dif-ferentiated diet, lecithin mineral water "Berdyans'ka", mud applications and zonal laser irradiation for patients with with postholecystectomc syndrome has been proved.
