Tolubyak V. Effectiveness of Formation the Local Budgets Revenues in Ukraine

Object - public administration in the sphere of budget formation either by local government or self-government authorities; Goal - development of theoretical principles and practical recommendations as for the role of state and methods of state regulations in the process of effective formation of local budget revenues in Ukraine; Methods - historical and logical analysis, synthesis, economical and statistical, methods of systematization, conclusions; Innovation - it has been proved that increase of effectiveness of local budget formation is achieved by the balancing between functions and authorities of local governments and their resources provision; the ways of increase of effectiveness of local budget revenues formation have been found; Outcomes - the methodological approaches to public administration effectiveness measuring in the sphere of local budget revenues formation have been suggested; the system of methods, forms and instruments of state influence on local budget revenues formation have beenfurther developed.
