Synchuk V. Correlation dependences between elements of criminalistic characteristics and their usage in murders investigation methods

The dissertation is a monographic level research of the problems of improvement and optimization of investigation of murders on the basis of method of defining and using correlation dependences between elements of criminalistic characteristics of these crimes castigatory. The work deals with the concept of criminalistic characteristics as a theoretical concept of construction of murders investigation methods and working instrument of an investigator. The author shows the best element composition of murders investigation methods taking into account informational concept of definition of this category. The author has developed the automated computer system "Murder", which allows obtaining information about persons who have committed such crimes and information about whom is in data bank on the basis of the set initial situation. The results are in the form of matrix, which show information about sex and age of the criminals, their character features (presence of previous conviction, negative and positivefeatures), mutual relations with the victim, place of living, motives of crimes. The recommendations concerning construction of the complex pattern of criminal's personality, who has disappeared from a scene of crime are given together with algorithm of his search.
