Research are based on logic generalization, the system approach,the qualitative analysis, the method of economic-mathematical modelling, the method of statistical tests the economic and financial analysis, the method of regression analysis Theoretical and practical result. Application of a method of statistical tests for modelling the distributive law of parameters influencing investments efficiency is proved. The methodical approach to definition of the discount rate for the determined conditions with application of economic-mathematical methods is developed.
