Kholod L. Optimization of measurement procedures of state of network elements of telecommunication systems

The Object is modernization process of metrological technologies of telecommunication systems. Aim is measuring procedures Optimization for use of them in management tasks by network elements and network in all. The Methods are elements of system analysis, applied mathematics, Optimization methods, mathematical statistics, probabilities theory, theory of mass service, estimations theory and management, mathematical modeling. Novelty is for the first time shown, that the being management systems TCS remain not wholly realized along of such causes: big delays in receipt of statistics, measuring hindrances presence, big measuring parameters dimension; was accorded further development technology АРМ (Application Performance Measurement) for selection of most important measuring parameters of transport net. Given approach will allow to shorten time on interrogation of network elements TCS; for the first time is seen out a synthesis and analysis of optimum measuring methods, control and evaluation offortune of contemporary telecommunication systems; offered optimum parameters measuring procedures and routines of TCS elements found a practical application on optical tie line communication; for the first time are offered parameters measuring procedures TCS on background of hindrances concentrated on spectrum. Inculcated - in Research work № 183-1 (St.reg. № 0104U004072), where found the reflections analysis and parameters evaluation algorithms synthesis in TCS, and Research work № 0316 (St.reg. № 0103U004932), where author placed its materials in relation to measuring procedures Optimization of accidental processes and signals parameters on hindrances background.
