Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of efficiency of the diagnosis and therapy of chronic gastroduodenal pathology on the basis of estimation the condition of microelemental balance and stom-ach defensive mucous barrier and motivation of recommendation for improvement of therapeutic measures. Reliable disturbances of essential and potential-toxic microelements in parietal mucosal gel in children were found. The condition of the oxide, antioxide systems and protective factors in the stom-ach mucous membrane studied . Have been found out an increase of peroxide oxidation of lipids, reduc-tion of antioxide enzymes and fucoglicoprotein - fucose. The revealed disturbances in microelemental homeostasis, free-radical oxidation of lipids and synthesis of fucose in chronic gastroduodenitis in chil-dren necessitate therapeutic measures at their correction.
