Poljakova L. Elaboration of informational-analitic sistem of regional management organ (management of education is instanced)

Object of research - processes of informational maintenance of education management. The purpose of research - making more precisely theoretical theses, elaboration of directions of perfection of informational maintenance of education management in region, preparation recommendations for forming informational - analytic systems, which are covered basic levels of education management in region. Subject of research - theoretical and methodical bases of organization of informational processes in management system of education. Methods of research - supervision, comparison, generalization, abstraction, formalization, analysis and synthesis; economic - mathematical modeling, theses of theory of multitudes and theory of graphs were applicated. Scientific novelty of the received results - elaboration of scientific - methodical theses and practical recommendations about perfection of informational maintenance of state management of education in modern conditions on the basis of formation informational - analytic systems covering basic elements of adequate structures of management in region. It consists in following: for the first time the model of informational - analytic system of education state management in region was built in order to maintenance of qualitative coming to a decisions by managers and experts, and also spreading of information, which allow to arrive at grounded managemental decisions, to react upon changes in educational sphere in good time and presents interest for state management organs; methodical theses for elaboration of purpose complex program " Examination of educational activity of district's schools " were proposed. Practical value of the received results consists in that, the theoretical concepts, exposed in the thesis, were brought to the level of practic offers and realization. Basic results of research were partially used by main department of education in region state administration in Donetsk, by department of education in district council in Donetsk, by school of general education in Donetsk.
