Essay

In the dissertation semigroups of semistochastic matrices are studied. It is proved that such semigroups are regular and each element generates the cycle group. We find conditions of existenc in such group improper element. We use characteristices of the graf making by semistochastic matrix to introduse the left proper vector corresponding to proper value 1. They are used in new methods of solving problems of the matrix theory. We widen semigroup of semistochastic matrices to algebra of finite rang and study this algebra.
