The dissertation is devoted to studying of radiochemotherapy of patients by an inoperable cancer of a esophagus. It has been applied two types electrophoresis introductions cytostatic during beam therapy. The estimation of quality of a life of patients on the developed scale has been lead. During the lead researches use electrophoresis cytostatic intracavitary, in a component of radiochemotherapy has been established, that, raises frequency of full and partial regression of tumors from 30 % up to 64,2 %, 1-year survival rate from 26,7 % up to 53,6 %. Use cytostatic electrophoresis on cutis, in a component of radiochemotherapy, raises frequency of full and partial regression of tumors from 53,3 % up to 85,7 %, 1-yearsurvival rate about 4 % up to 32,1 %
