Zanfirova T. Legal regulation of labour relation with participation of employer - natural person.

The thesis investigates paclilarities of legal regulation of labour relations, one part of which is employer - natural person. It is analysed paculiarities of their legal status and law subjectivity, rights and duties; it is examined centralized and contractual methods of legal regulation of relations with participation of employers - natural persons, it is given their relations. In the thesis it is also examined dynamics and contents of these labour legal relations: it is determined paculiarities of their beginning and ending. According to the results of the researche in each subsection it is given concrete proposals concerning improvement of legislation in force, which regulates relations with participation of employers - natural persons.
