Essay

Dissertational work is devoted to development of compositions and bases of creation resourse- and energysaving technology of the reception a pigment containing, and also new kinds of pigment-free coloured glass coatings on the basis of unfritted glazes. The opportunity of the directed updating of final colouring a pigment containing glazed coatings using the water-soluble salts of metals of variable valency is established. It was established by thermodynamic calculations and X-ray diffraction analysis, that optimum conditions of synthesis of a crystal phase (ferrite of cobalt) which is the base chromophore in developed on a base of CoO-Fe2O3 system the ceramic pigments. For the fist time compositions and bases of reception technology of new kinds unfritted pigment-free glazes containing water-soluble salts of 3-d elements are developed. Compositions are obtained and physico-chemical properties of glazes using of red bauxite slimes and fuel slag are investigated.
