The object of the research - course of system sklerodermia (SSD) with chronic nephropathia and without it; the aim is raising the quality of the earlier diagnostics and treatment of patients with chronic nephropathia; the methods are: clinical, clinical laboratory, biochemical, immunological, immunofermental, instrumental physical, supersonic, x-ray method, radio-immunologikal, statistical; the novety for the first time intercommunication between heaviness of chronic schlerodermical nephropathhia and expressions of affections of other internal organs, joints and vessels among patients with SSD has been proved, changes changes of secretions of high molecular albumens with urine (fibronectin, b2-microglobulin) and nitrites (metabolites of nitric oxide), breach of physico-chemical characteristics of urine (vicidity and elasticity, relaxation, dynamical surface tension), canal secretion and nephrogemodynamics among the patients suffering from SSD with "intact kidneys" have been established; the results-criteria, which allow to appraise course of chronic sclerodermical nephropathia , degree of activity of pathological active condition and forecast results of medical measures have been marked out effectiveness of glucocorticoid hormones, tsitostatics, antiagregants, anticoagulants and poilfermental mixtures has been determined the most rational approaches to treatment of kidney pathology among patients with SSD have been worked out; it has been put into practice within medical-prophylactics institutions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the city of Poltava and Kharkov and into pedagogical process of Donetsk, Kharkov and Lugansk medical universities; the sphere of use - medical diagnostic process of rheumatic, nephrological and therapeutic departments, pedagogical process of medical institutes of higher education.
